Welcome to my first post for Happiness Starts Here-Coach Ann Willis. I have been busy putting my notes and thoughts down to share. So many thoughts so little time. My life has been filled with many journey's which included making a decision on becoming a Certified Life Coach.
My website www.Lifestyle-Specialist.com has been designed to be a tool for my clients, but also has many tools that I have complied to share, like my mini tool kit which is a great starter package of information on focusing your life.
It is my dream to building community to support the growth of those around me through coaching tools including assessment exercises, workshops and private sessions. The goal is to help those who are seeking happiness and well being by focusing on who they are and modifying what is keeping them from reaching what they desire.
