One little thing can reset your feelings and those around.

Happiness is a state of mind. If you do not mind who will?  It is up to each of us to be happy. We cannot make someone happy. We can assist in their happiness, but make them be happy is not our job. It is our job to make ourselves happy. 

Perhaps starting with one thing or one area of your life would be helpful.  Try taking a 5 minute meditation or maybe a 10 minute walk will allow the resistance to fall away and be replaced with something better.  Like feeling relief or perhaps a shift to a better feeling place. 

All in all, think of one little positive thing you can be do or have to create a better feeling space for you. Ultimately, you can help someone because you shifted your emotional set point. Have fun with this, that is the point.
